Panomec injection is an endectocide containing 10mg/ml ivermectin, formulated for the treatemnt and control of various internal and external parasites in sheep. It effectively tragets gastrointestinal nematodes, lungworms, nasal bots, and sheep scab.

The administration of panomec injection is subcutaneously at a dosage of 0.5ml per 25kg body weight. The injection is recommended to be given under the loose skin in the neck area. One injection controls internal parasites and may result in clinical improvement of sheep scab, but two injections at a 7-day interval are required to eliminate all living Psoroptes ovis mites. The withdrawal period for meat is 37 days. There has been no established milk withholding. Therefore, do not treat lactating ewes where milk is being used for human consumption.
